New way to eat chicken breast ~ lose weight easier
Lemon Shredded Chicken
Practice~
1. Slice lemon, wash coriander and cut into small pieces, mince garlic cloves and

three slices of ginger, bring to a boil over low heat, swim off the foam, and boil for

tablespoon of soy sauce into the chicken breast, mix well and marinate for 20
minutes. After marinating, pick the ginger and garlic
6. Boil a large pot of boiling water, put in a little cooking oil and salt. After the water
boils, put the broccoli stalks in it, branch the water until they become green, remove
them and put them in cool white water, let it cool and drain the water for later use
7. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add the onion and fry until fragrant
8. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry over high heat
9. Fry the chicken for discoloration, 2 spoons of cooking wine, crushed black

Chicken breast selection~~
1. When picking chicken breasts, press the chicken breast with your hands. It feels
very soft and elastic, which proves that the chicken breasts are fresh. If the chicken
breast is completely inelastic to the touch, finger prints will be left, the surface will
be dry and there is no moisture. It is not recommended for everyone to buy it.
2. Generally, fresh chicken breasts are pink. If you see that the chicken breasts are
black or dark red, it means that the chicken breasts may have deteriorated and are
not very fresh.
3. If the color of the chicken breast is too white, it may have been washed with
water, and it is not fresh chicken breast.
Chicken breast, both in terms of nutritional content and price, is the most
acceptable and commonly purchased meat in fat-reducing diets. Compared with
high-protein meats such as beef, fish and shrimp, the price of chicken breast seems
more friendly.

300g chicken breast
6 fresh mushrooms
Half a bell pepper
1 tsp starch, cooking wine, 1 oyster sauce

and cooking wine, and marinate it evenly.
2. Wash fresh shiitake mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Wash the bell peppers,
remove the chili seeds, and cut them into shreds for later use.
3. Heat the work with cold oil, pour the chicken breast slices into the wok, stir and
fry until discolored.
4. Add in the sliced shiitake mushrooms and bell pepper, stir-fry over high heat until
cooked, and oyster sauce and some salt to taste.
Carrot Chicken Breast Pie
Material~
1 carrot
300g chicken breast
1 to each of oyster sauce, soy sauce and starch
Appropriate amounts of oil and salt.
Practice:
1. Wash the chicken breasts and since them.
