Sweet and Sour Chicken Breast

















Practice: 


1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into strips about 1 cm wide along the lines.


2. Add half an egg white and a spoonful of cornstarch to mix well. This step is to

3. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little salt, and a little pepper to marinate.





4. Marinate the chicken breasts for approximately 15 minutes. Pour dry cornstarch

into a clean and water-free dish, and evenly coat the marinated chicken breast with

a layer of dry starch, so that the water on the chicken surface can just stick to the

starch. Live dry starch gently pat off.


5. Add corn oil to the pot and heat it until it is 70% hot. You can first pick up a piece

of meat and put it in the oil to test the oil temperature. Put the meat in the oil, it

begins to bubble and float, and with a crisp sound, the oil Warm it, just put the

starched meat into the oil and fry it in sequence. Don't put the meat all at once

during the frying process to prevent it from sticking to each other.


6. When the color of the fried chicken is golden, you can take it out. Do not over-fry

it, otherwise the moisture in the chicken will be dried out and affect the taste.


7. 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablepoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of

soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and a little five-spice powder into a bowl to

make a sauce for later use.


8. Add 1 tablespoon of corn starch and a small amount of water to make a starch

paste for later use.


9. Add chopped green onion and minced garlic to the pot and fry until fragrant, pour

in the prepared sweet and sour sauce and stir fry for a while. Finally, pour in the

water starch and star until the soup is thick.


10. Pour in the fried chicken fillets, stir fry until the sweet and sour sauce is evenly

covered, and serve. Sprinkles a little white sesame seeds after serving.
