Chicken Chips

Practice~

1. Clean the chicken breast, remove the fascia and cut into cubes for later use

2. Put it in the food processor, and cook wine, salt, pepper, or you can use Orleans

marinade directly

3. Make minced meat. People who lose weight should not add starch. If you like

spicy food, you can add some chili powder.

4. Put the minced meat on the oiled paper, cover the surface with plastic wrap,

flatten it with a baking pan, then use a rolling pin to roll it into an even sheet,remove

the plastic wrap

5. Put the baking pan into the middle layer of the oven, and base at 150 degrees for

about 30 minutes. The baking temperature and time need to be flexibly adjusted

according to your own oven, and it can be baked until it is lightly yellowed.









Spicy Chicken

Practice~

1. Rinse the chicken breast with clean water and cut into pieces

2. After the chicken pieces are drained, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of soy

sauce, 5 grams of black pepper powder (to remove the smell), 2 tablespoons

of cooking wine (to remove the fishy smell), 1 tablespoon of sugar

(to improve the taste), 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of Spoon

onion powder, the fried chicken tastes better, if there is no garlic powder or onion

powder, do not put it. After placing the seasoning for marinating, mix well and

marinate for more than half an hour until the flavor is delicious.

3. Prepare dry chili, Chinese prickly ash, garlic, ginger. The amount depends on

your preferences. Some peppers are very fragrant and numb, so you don't need

to add too much. Some dried peppers are not spicy, even if you put a full post.

4. Pour in the oil that has not covered the chicken, heat it to 70% heat, fry the

chicken pieces on medium heat until golden brown, remove and control the oil.

Then, raise the oil temperature and try again

5. Take another pot, stir-fry the prepared spices, and add dry chili to stir-fry the

spicy aroma

6. Pour in the fried chicken pieces and stir fry evenly

7. Add half a spoon of cooking wine, a little sugar, and half a spoon of light soy

sauce to taste, and finally sprinkle a proper amount of cooked white sesame seeds,

and the red-hot spicy chicken is done!















Korean Chicken

Practice~

1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into pieces

2. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, black pepper, salt, pour in 3 spoons of milk,

mix well and marinate, put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 4 hours, drain the

marinated chicken out of the milk, and 1 spoon of flour, 1 tablespoon starch flour,

enough to hang on the chicken

3. Heat the oil in the pot. When the chopsticks are inserted into the oil and bubbles

appear, deep-fry the chicken in the oil until golden brown. Then, turn on the fire and

try again. This time it only takes a few seconds, in order to make it more crispy.

4. Put butter in the pan and fry the minced garlic, then add 3 tablespoons of soy

sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 3 tablespoons of

Korean chili sauce; make the sauce thick and sprinkle with sesame seeds

5. Stir fry the sauce until it thickens, add the fried chicken pieces, stir fry quickly so

that the chicken pieces are evenly coated with the sauce, and then serve

in the pan.















Boiled Chicken

Practice~

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, it will be thinner when it is slightly frozen.

Cut into thin slices of about 2 mm for later use, wash the meat with clean water

several times, and then squeeze the water dry for later use

2. Cut the meat into pieces, and salt, soy sauce, pepper, mix well with cooking

wine, then add egg white and starch, stir well, pour in a little corn oil, put it in the

refrigerator for 20 minutes to marinate and taste.

3. Prepare side dishes, I used luncheon meat, bean sprouts, bean skin, green

vegetables here

4. Heat oil in a hot pot, Pixian bean paste (high fire will make the sauce slightly

bitter), Fry the red oil on low heat, add a little hot pot base, and continue to stir.

Fry

5. After starring well, warm water, and salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, oyster sauce to

taste, and bring to a boil.

6. After boiling, all the side dishes and scale until they are broken, and put them in

the bottom of the bowl

7. Add the marinated meat slices, stir with chopsticks when the pot is off, boil for

2 minutes, and then put the soup on the dish

8. Heat the oil in another pot, turn off the heat until the oil is slightly smoking, pour

the hot oil on the minced garlic/chili/prickly ash and pepper, the hot oil is poured,

and the aroma is immediately tangy. You can sprinkle some chives and minced

green garlic to taste.
