simple Korean kimchi pancake can be prepared in 10 minutes.

Materials~

120g of Korean kimchi

2 eggs

2 slices of ham

60g of onion

1 green pepper

30 grams of flour

10 grams of breadcrumbs

1 pinch of sugar


Practice:

1. Prepare the ingredients.












2. Chop the onion.












3.Shred the ham.












4.Cut the green pepper into slices using a diagonal knife.












5.Shred the spicy cabbage.












6. Put all of the chopped ingredients into the container.












7. Crack two eggs.












8. Add the flour, bread crumbs, and the spicy cabbage soup.












9. Add a small amount of sugar and stir thoroughly until there are no lumps in the powdered mixture.












10. Preheat the pan and brush it with a thin layer of oil.












11. Add an appropriate amount of powdered paste into the pot and spread a thin layer.












12. Put chili rings on top and heat over medium-low heat.












13. After one side becomes crispy, flip it over and bake the other side.












14. When both sides are golden brown and crispy, you can remove it from the pan.
