The practice of low-fat chicken and vegetable dumplings, delicious without gaining weight
The dumplings filled with ground chicken, cabbage, and green
beans are slightly crispy and refreshing, and their calories are
lower than those of ordinary commercial dumplings. Although
the chicken and vegetable dumplings do not burst into oil
when they are imported, they are less refreshing. However, the

Required materials (about 50 packs)~
Chicken breast..300g (skinless)
Cabbage..300g
Green beans…100g
Dumpling wrappers..about 50 pieces
[seasoning 1]
1 the sea salt (for cabbage)
[seasoning 2]
2 tsp soy sauce
A little white pepper
1/4 the sea salt (or adjust with soy sauce ratio)
1 pure white sesame oil
Practice:
1. Fix the greens: chop the cabbage, mix with 1 cup of salt and
let it stand for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water after 10
minutes.
2. Mince of the chicken breast in a food processor (or chop
with a knife).
3. Add all the seasonings to practice 1+2, start well and the
chicken becomes sticky.
4. Wrap the meat filling in method 3 (about 13g) with the
dumpling wrapper, wrap it tightly and lead it into the style of
dumplings you like and you are done.
Frying method
1. Take a frying pan and add a little oil (stainless steel pan is
hot and oil is hot, non-stick pan is cold pan and cold oil).
2. Put in the dumplings, pour about 200ml (or the water level
to 2/3 of the dumplings.
3. Cover the pot and fry over medium-low heat for about 8
minutes (or until the water evaporates).
4. Open the lid, take out the fried dumplings and enjoy.
Friendly reminder:
It is recommended to take a non-stick pan for better operation.
After the filling is completed, the net weight is weighed and
then equally distributed to the dumpling skins, that is, there will
be no situation where the dumpling skins and the fillings do
not match the weights at the end of the wrapping.
About saving
When making dumplings, take a large flat plate, sprinkle some
flour on the plate, arrange the wrapped dumplings in order,
cover with plastic wrap and put them in the freezer (as shown
in the picture). Transfer the frozen dumplings to a zipped
locked bag and store them in the freezer (about 3-4 weeks).
