Super delicious seasonal vegetable curry fish balls

 











I suddenly remembered that I haven't eaten curry for a long

time since I worked out, and I haven't eaten rice for a long

time. So..I will reward myself today. The operation is

extremely simple, and the side dishes can be customized as

you like. In less than half an hour, a sumptuous vegetable

curry fish ball is ready. I hope everyone likes it. Do it for your

Materials needed~

Cuttlefish Balls 100g

100g crab mushroom

Half carrot

2 small potatoes

1/5 broccoli

1/4 yellow bell pepper

1/4 red bell pepper

Half an onion

4 fresh asparagus

3 cloves garlic

1 small piece ginger

2 red peppers

2 pieces of curry (half box)


Practice:

1. Prepare all the ingredients you need










2. To prepare side dishes, cut the carrots, potatoes and bell

peppers into small pieces of about 2cm; shred the ginger and

slice the garlic










3. Take the pot, pour in a little oil, after the oil is hot, the

ginger and garlic and stir fry until light yellow










4. Put the potatoes, carrots and crab mushrooms into the pot,

pour in a tablespoon of soy sauce, stir and fry for about 2

minutes










5. Pour a little water into the pot, the amount of water can be

flushed with the height of the vegetables, and summer for 10

minutes on medium heat










6. Put the cuttlefish balls into the pot, stir evenly with the soup

and other vegetables, and summer for about 3 minutes on

medium heat










7. Put the fresh asparagus, bell pepper and onion (cut into 2cm

pieces) cut into oblique sections of about 3cm into the pot, stir

fry gently for 1 minute










8. Break the curry pieces into the pot, stir gently, and turn to

low heat from now on to prevent the curry from drying out.










9. After the curry is melted, and diced red pepper in the pot to

taste










10. At the same time, put the broccoli that has been boiled in

water during this period into the pot, stir gently, so that the

curry can be fully incorporated into various ingredients, and

the pot is out of the pot after 1 min on low heat
