Healthy and delicious~ Fried Chicken with Vegetables and Walnuts

25g walnut

1/2 cucumber

50g corn kernels

3 mini pumpkins (optional)

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tbsp cooking wine

1 tbsp barbecue sauce

1/2 tbsp Zhuhou Sauce


Practice :

1. Remove the fascia and membrane of the chicken breast, wash and dice










2. Then add cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate are added for a while










3. Remove the naan and wash the mini pumpkin, carve out the shape, put it in the pot with cold water, steam for 15 minutes, take it out and cool it










4. Wash and dice the cucumber










5. Prepare corn kernels and raw walnuts










6. Take the oil pan










7. First fry the walnuts until fragrant and then put them out, keep the base oil










8. Then stir fry the chicken










9. Add diced cucumbers when frying until they are ripe










10. Add corn kernels and stir fry










11. Then add the char siew sauce










12. Zhuhou sauce, stir and fry evenly










13. Pour in the fried walnuts before serving, stir fry quickly, turn off the heat, and place on a plate










14. Done
