Low-calorie, simple and delicious green vegetable dry tofu rolls
This dry tofu roll is easy and quick to make, looks online,
suitable for all ages, and can be made with big meat as a snack
in summer. Get tired and east again!
Materials needed~
One dry tofu
Moderate amount of shallots
Some coriander
Some lettuce
A cucumber
A carrot
One green pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons bean paste
Appropriate amount of peanut oil
Practice:
1. Prepare the ingredients, put the carrots after you remember them.
2. Break two eggs into a bowl, cut a little chopped green onion
and diced green pepper, and put two tablespoons of bean paste
in it; cut the cucumbers and carrots into thick shreds
3. Put peanut oil in the pot, which is slightly more than stir-
frying. The ingredients in the bowl can be stirred with
chopsticks a few times, and then the oil can be stirred in the
pot. When flying the egg sauce, you don't need to stir the eggs
completely, just stir and fry them in the pot. Out of the pot.
4. Put the dried tofu leaflet, first put the lettuce at the bottom
instead of the edge, leave a part as shown below, and put the
other ingredients in sequence. The egg sauce is still hot and it
is put on the top.
5. First roll up the dried tofu on the left side and press the
vegetable roll tightly, and then roll it to the left as a whole.
When rolling, pay attention to the moderate tightness, so that
it is not easy to spread out when cutting.

Cooking Tips:
If you like spicy, you can put very spicy chili in the egg sauce. If
you like tofu skin, you can put less vegetable rolls in thin rolls.
It can also be eaten with chili sauce for dipping.
