Reduced Fat Meal Steamed Japanese Tofu with Fresh Shrimp

 











Required materials~

2 sticks of Japanese tofu

1 small shallow

A little sesame oil

6 fresh shrimps

4 native eggs


Practice:

1. Cut two pieces of Japanese tofu in the middle, and slowly

2. Cut into pieces of uniform size










3. Find a round plate and put it in a circle

toothpick to facilitate the release of air











10. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes, and then summer for

about 5 minutes to complete.
