Required materials~

1 fresh tofu skin

1 carrot

1 cucumber

1/4 union

3 slices lettuce

2 miller peppers

1 tsp oyster sauce

2 cloves of garlic

6 spoons of mixed juice

Sesame oil 1 spoon

3 stalks of coriander


Practice:

1. Sliced parsley










2. Shred carrots










3. Shred the onion










4. Shredded cucumber










5. Cut the fresh bean curd skin into pieces, blanch quickly in hot water, remove and let cool










6. Mix minced garlic, millet chili, sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to make a soul dipping sauce










7. Arrange the plate as shown in the picture, put all the side dishes with bean curd and eat with dipping sauce
