Main ingredients:
500g chicken breast for 2
Accessories:
1 spoon of cooking wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 scoop of dark soy sauce
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tablespoon white sesame
Practice:
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
2. Marinate for one hour with cooking wine, soy sauce and
dark soy sauce.
3. Add in cumin powder, chili powder, white sesame seeds
and mix well.
4. Place the chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with
greased paper.
5. Put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 190
for about 25 minutes. The chicken is grilled until dry and ready
to go.
