Low-calorie and delicious spicy cumin chicken strips, both dishes and snacks, simple and easy to use













As we all know, chicken breast is very low in calories, and 

dieters love to eat chicken breast. Today, I use chicken breast 

to make a delicious spicy cumin chicken strip, which is low-

calorie and delicious, and it is not burdensome to eat as a 

snack~


Materials needed~

1 chicken breast

1 spoon of cooking wine

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 scoops of soy sauce

Appropriate amount of white sesame

Amount of chili powder

Cumin powder amount

Appropriate amount of pepper

Appropriate amount of edible oil


Practice:

1. First, the chicken breast in advance, clean it, and cut it into 

small strips.










2. Then in the chicken breast, and 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 

spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce









3. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.









4. Brush the oil in the pan, and the chicken breast and fry until 

the color turns white









5. Water will come out, it doesn't matter, continue to fly until 

golden









6. Then sprinkle with white sesame seeds, ground cumin, chili 

powder and pepper to taste









7. The delicious and low-calorie spicy chicken breast is ready,
