Simple and easy to do and easy to lose weight ~ chicken breast vegetable salad

 











Materials needed~

1 piece chicken breast

1 g black pepper

2 g Himalayan pink salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 piece of chicory

4 small persimmons

Moderate amount of salad dressing


Practice:

1. Wash the chicken breast and divide it into two halves, using

an all to pierce the small eyes












2. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt












3. Add some crushed black pepper, drink olive oil and mix well,

put it in the refrigerator overnight to refrigerate or marinate for

more than two hours












4. Preheat a small frying pan, olive oil, and fry on low heat












5. Fry both sides until golden brown












6. Cool slightly and cut into small pieces












7. Put in the washed endives and small persimmon, and other

vegetables can also be added












8. Squeeze on salad dressing and eat












9. Done
