Main ingredient~

2 pieces of chicken breast for 2 people

Accessories:

1 tablespoon oil

1 top black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chicken powder

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

3 tablespoons starch

1 egg

3 tablespoons bread crumbs

1 tablespoon tomato sauce


Chicken chop is a kind of fried food that is very popular in snack bars

these days. After all, you can't eat too much fried food. Try grilling

chicken chops in the oven at home. The marinated chicken breasts

are coated with starch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs, and baked in the

oven. The skin of the chicken chops is made without frying. Crispy and

tender inside~


Practice:

1. Clean the chicken breast to remove the fat and fascia











2. Cut the chicken breast into two evenly thick slices










3. Use the back of the knife to lightly chop the meat against the fibers

on both sides of the meat










4. Sprinkle finely salt and black pepper evenly










5. Sprinkle with some chicken powder










6. Put the chicken breast in a bowl, add a spoonful of oyster sauce










7. After kneading evenly, let it marinate for two hours










8. Coat both sides of the marinated chicken breast with dry starch










9. Then put it on a plate with egg wash and coat both sides with egg

wash










10. Then coat both sides with bread crumbs, press lightly with your

hands, shake off the excess bread crumbs










11. Place the prepared chicken fillets in a baking pan










12. Brush a thin layer of oil










13. Put it in a preheated oven, 200 degrees, for 20 minutes










14. Take out the grilled chicken chops and cut them into small pieces,

dip them in tomato sauce and eat them














Cooking Tips:

1. The thickness of chicken breast varies, so you need to slice it

slightly.

2. The fibers of the chicken are very clear. Use the back of the knife to

lightly chop the fibers against the direction of the fibers. Cut the fibers

to make the meat tender.

3. The chicken breast has been cleaned of fat and oil. Before putting it

in the oven, it is recommended to brush a thin layer of oil, and the

taste of the finished product will be better.

4. Adjust the baking temperature and time according to your own oven
