Gain Muscle and Lose Fat ~ Brown Rice Chicken Breast Salad

Materials needed~

Piece of chicken breast

An egg

Moderate amount of brown rice

Celery half root

Slice of carrot

A piece of cucumber

A handful of chicory

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Freshly ground black pepper

Moderate amount of sea salt


Practice:

1. Soak brown rice overnight in advance










2. Pour enough water into the bell pot, add the soaked brown

rice and cook for about 20-30 minutes over medium heat










3. Remove the cooked brown rice, drain the water and let it

cool for later use










4. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, sprinkle with some

salt and black pepper, and marinate for ten minutes










5. Wrap the marinated chicken breasts in foil










6. Preheat the oven and base at 180 degrees for about 10-15

minutes










7. Wash the endives and dice the carrots, cucumbers and

celery










8. Boil the water in the pot, add a few drops of sesame oil and

the appropriate amount of salt, then and celery and diced

carrots and cook for a minute.










9. Italian vinaigrette: 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons

of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, freshly

ground black pepper and the appropriate amount of sea salt,

stir well










10. Put the brown rice, chicken breast and other ingredients in

a bowl, pour into the vinaigrette and mix well










11. Plate and eat!

1. Brown rice must be soaked in advance, and it is easier to

cook.

2. The time for roasting chicken breasts is determined

according to the amount of chicken breasts. If there are more
