Low-fat Healthy Chicken Meatball Soup

In summer, most of them took some low-fat or vegan dishes.

I don't like greasy dishes in hot weather. I make some kinds

of handmade meatballs by myself. With some green

vegetables, it is a clear soup meatball soup.

Food needed~

Three pieces of chicken breast

Half onion

Two eggs

A teaspoon of salt

3~4 okra

Half spoon of oil

Three slices of ginger

A spoon of starch

Practice:

1. Use a meat grinder to purge the chicken breast, since the

onion and ginger are used for later use.

2. Add two egg whites, a spoonful of starch, half a teaspoon of

salt, minced green onion and ginger and a little oil into the

mashed meat.

3. Use chopsticks to whip in one direction to form a thicker

mashed meat.

4. Put water in the pot and turn on a low fire, put the mashed

meat in the thumb and forefinger of the hand and squeeze it

out gently. When squeezing out a round meatball, use a spoon

to scoop it up and gently put it in the water, and so on to make

all the mashed meat. Finish.

5. Turn up the heat a little and boil the water for about 4

minutes, turn off the heat and remove.

6. Wash the okra and remove the roots

7. Cut into small pieces for later use

8. Put water and meatballs in the pot and boil for three

minutes

9. Put in the okra and bring to a boil, then pour a few drops

of sesame oil out of the pot and it will be ok.

10. Out of the pot

Cooking Tips:

It is best to remove the fascia and other impurities when

handling chicken breasts. The meat filling must be whipped

more in one direction to make it more viscous. The last little

balls should not be too large, they can be slightly smaller, and

they are easy to cook. Nice.
