I found a great way to eat vegetables. I made small steamed

buns of low-calorie vegetables, one piece at a time. It can be

people use wonton wrappers to wrap them. Freeze, take it out

and steam it anytime


Required materials~

1 zucchini

1 carrot

Shrimp 200g

Appropriate amount of wonton wrappers


Practice:

1. Shred zucchini and carrot, marinated with salt for 10

minutes, squeeze out the water










2. Add chopped shrimp, chopped green onion, a spoonful of

cooking wine, half a spoonful of thirteen spices, a spoonful of

light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir well










3. Roll out the wonton skin a little thinner, wrap the stuffing

well without leaking










4. Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes










Cooking Tips:

Buy the bigger kind of wonton wrappers, which are not easy to

break when wrapped. If you can't wrap them up, you can dip a

little water around the wonton wrappers to make them tighter!
