Delicious slimming breakfast ~Simple burrito







 







Materials~

230g of flour

3 eggs

Appropriate Amount of Water

Appropriate amount of ground coriander.

Appropriate amount of chopped green onions.

Appropriate amount of cooked black sesame seeds.

Sweet bean sauce - 1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon of miso.

1/2 tablespoon of chicken sauce.

A little vegetable oil.


Practice:

1. Prepare the ingredients. (These servings are for three people,

but one egg is missing in the picture.)






2. Slowly add water to the flour and stir it into a batter until it

reaches a consistency where it drips slowly when you lift up the

chopsticks.












3. Prepare the sauce for brushing onto the chicken. This sauce

is my homemade recipe, which I previously shared for cooking

a whole chicken in a rice cooker. If you don't have this sauce, you can omit it.












4. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, then add the green

onions and sauté them until they become fragrant.












5. Add the mixed sauce to the pan. If it is too thick, add a small

amount of water. Bring the mixture to a low heat and then turn

off the stove.












6.To prepare the cake, brush a small amount of vegetable oil

onto the electric cake stand. Preheat the stand on both the

upper and lower heat settings. Once the stand is warm, scoop

the batter onto it and spread it thinly, flattening it as needed.

As soon as the top of the cake solidifies, pour in an egg.












7. Quickly separate the egg yolk and then evenly spread it over the entire cake.












8. First, sprinkle black sesame seeds, then add coriander and green onion.












9. Close the baking pan and observe that the hot air inside the

pan contracts. Then, open the lid. At this point, the top of the

dish should be bulging and bubbling, indicating that it is ready

to be removed from the pan.












10. Spread the chopped green onions with the cut side facing

down on the cutting board. Then, brush the freshly made sauce

evenly onto the smooth side.












11. Roll up one side and press down firmly with the seal facing downward.












12. Cut the dish into two pieces and serve it immediately.

Cooking Tips:

1. If there is no chicken sauce available, you can leave it out. Although it affects the taste, it is still delicious. It is recommended to use cooked sauce. Make a small bowl at a time, keep it in the refrigerator, and take out only what you need as you use it.


2. The amount of this ingredient is equivalent to two and a half sheets of 26x26 cm electric cake stalls, which is enough for a family of three.


3. When mixing the batter, avoid making it too thick. If it becomes too thick, it will be difficult to separate.


4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds, green onions, and coriander onto the eggs before they solidify, otherwise, they may not stick and fall off.
