Tomato Veggie Egg Cups
Materials~
2 eggs
2 slices of toast
Half a tomato
1/4 onion
Small piece of cabbage
Appropriate amount of salt
Appropriate amount of fresh chicken juice
Appropriate amount of soy sauce
Appropriate amount of chopped green onion
Practice:
1. Ingredients preparation, shredded cabbage, diced onion, diced tomato
2. Toast slices are rolled thin with a rolling pin, even the leftovers are broken, there is no problem
3. Spread the bread slices in the baking bowl, if there is a spliced part, press it tightly at the joint
4. Spread shredded cabbage leaves
5. Add diced tomato, diced onion, Totole fresh chicken juice, Totole soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to the eggs and beat
6. Pour into a baking bowl
7. Sprinkle a little green onion
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes
9. Take it out and eat it, remember to add a glass of milk
