Hi everyone, Xilan is sharing a super simple recipe for broccoli, shrimp, and tofu soup today. Low-fat, low-calorie,
and high-protein shrimp, paired with tofu and broccoli, is a
delicious, nutritious, and healthy dish that can be prepared in
minutes!
Materials ~
Broccoli 80g
10 shrimp
100g of tofu
An appropriate amount of ginger and garlic
1 tablespoon of cooking wine
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Practice:
1. Prepare all of the ingredients. Cut the broccoli into small
florets and soak them in cold water with salt for 5 minutes.
Then, clean them.
2. Devein the shrimp, add salt and cooking wine, and marinate
for 5 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic, and sauté until
fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp and fry until it changes color.
5. Place a bowl of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.
6. Add the tofu and bring it to a boil again.
7. Add half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of pepper,
then mix thoroughly.
8. Finally, add broccoli and cook for 20 seconds before serving!
