Delicious Wakame Tofu Soup
Today, Xilan made a healthy and nutritious wakame tofu soup
using wakame, a quick and easy ingredient that can be
prepared in just a few minutes. It is delicious and not
fattening.
Materials~
Appropriate amount of wakame
1 block of tofu
1 egg
Goji berries: 5 grams
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of oil
Low-sodium light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Practice:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Soak the wakame for ten minutes beforehand, then wash and cut it into sections. Cut the tofu into small pieces. Mince the shallot and garlic.

Cooking Tips:
